No body can become great by himself alone. If we want to be filthy rich, we must have a team to leverage our time. If you want to be world champion, you must have dominant support team. If you want to be a great artist, you also need someone to watch your performance and generate income for you. Whatever your success, you cannot run away from team work. In other words,, you need people to support your success.

I have met with people who grow from nobody become somebody. He has been greatly influenced by his life model before he moved out from his comfort zone. He also learned from few master who share the secret of success in his chosen field.  With the strong team work , his team generate a wholesome income every month when he is going for holiday. I also met with great achiever who chooses to be a lone ranger. He pick up everything by himself and he does not believe in team work. With the limited time resources and personal energy, he can only achieve limited performance compare to those who believe in team power.

You can have 100% ownership of your wisdom and income, but you can only earn five figures a month. On the other hand, those who share their wisdom with others and help others to earn good income will be able to achieve six figure incomes per month. The philosophy of thinking big is starting with giving spirit. The more you give your time and effort, the more it will come to you.

When you work as a team, you share your rewards with your team member. You do not take 100% of the profit like the sole proprietor. When everyone is happy with your giving heart, more people will come to you and start working with you. This is the success factor of networking and franchising.

Learn to work for great success and don’t tied yourself with one man show. Start building your international community and support them with benefit. Give , give , give and the world will start giving you what you deserved.
